What time should we arrive?

If you are a day guest, please arrive between 1pm and 2pm. If you are an evening guest, you may arrive any time from 7pm. If you are staying overnight at the venue, you can check in from 12pm.

Where can we stay overnight?

For guests local to Rugby, Warwick House is approximately 20 minutes drive. However, for guests travelling from further afield, there are very limited hotel rooms at the venue that cost £125 per room. Contact Doran or Belinda directly to arrange this. As there are limited rooms, we cannot guarantee a room at the venue. There are also numerous hotels available nearby that can be arranged yourself. See below for a few that Warwick House recommends:

Can we park at the venue?

Yes there is plenty of parking available at the venue free of charge.

Can we bring plus ones?

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity at the venue, we can only accommodate those named specifically on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

We do not have a specific dress code, we only ask you dress formally.

What would you like as gifts?

Your presence is more than enough! However, if you’d like to give a gift, we will be very grateful for monetary contributions to our honeymoon. There will be a box at the reception to drop off any cards.

Can I take photos at the wedding and post them on social media?

We respectfully ask that there are no devices out during the ceremony, including to take photos and videos. We have professional photographers to capture these moments. After the ceremony, you can take as many photos and videos as you like! We will be providing a virtual location that you can save these to. We ask that you do not post any photos until after the reception begins.

What do I do if I arrive late to the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive in plenty of time for the ceremony but understand that sometimes things happen. Belinda is rarely late to anything so the ceremony is expected to begin promptly for 2:30pm. If you are late, you may not be permitted into the ceremony so as not to disturb the event. However, you are more than welcome to wait in the bar until afterwards and you can then join the party!
